Say hello

Write to the editors

Corrections beat compliments — send both.

Mail goes to hello@manyroadstravelled.com and lands on one desk, not a ticket queue. Route questions and corrections get answered first; link requests get deleted first.

What helps us reply fast

Include the page URL, the date you were there and what did not match. Photos are welcome but not required — a bus fare and a timestamp are usually enough to trigger an update.

Working together

Local writers, photographers and walking-tour guides: pitch with two published links and the place you know best. We commission rarely and pay per piece.

Just browsing? The latest guides are here.

What happens after you send

Replies come from the same inbox, written by a person, usually within one working day. Route questions and corrections are answered first, because they change what someone does next. If a question needs checking against a timetable or a seasonal opening, we will say so and come back with the answer rather than guess at it in the first reply.

If you do not hear back

Nothing is answered by a bot and nothing arrives to a ticket queue. If a reply has not come within three working days, send the same message again: mail does slip through, and a second note is the fastest way to move it back up the pile.

What not to expect

We do not send booking confirmations, we cannot hold a room or a seat, and link requests are deleted unread. What we can do is tell you whether a plan is realistic for the month you have, which part of it is likely to fall apart, and which detail is worth paying to fix.
